Who is Anahiz?

Anahiz's journey into wellness began in a country where healthy eating was the norm, instilling a strong foundation for her approach to nutrition and fitness. However, moving to America brought a shocking exposure to diet culture, which further fueled her passion for promoting a balanced, holistic approach to health.

During her early teens, while struggling with self-love and acceptance, Anahiz dedicated four years to becoming a Master Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP). This deep understanding of the mind allowed her to connect with and help others on a profound level, shaping the holistic perspective she brings to her work today.

Her own experiences with weight challenges led her to the gym, where she discovered a love for fitness. A coach encouraged her to compete in a bodybuilding competition, where she took first place in her category. This victory not only solidified her passion for fitness but also inspired her to become a certified personal trainer.

Recognizing that true wellness encompasses more than just physical fitness, Anahiz expanded her expertise to include mental and emotional well-being through holistic health coaching. This comprehensive understanding of wellness inspired the creation of Holistic Fitness, an ever-evolving practice that will soon include Yoga and Pilates, guiding clients on their journey to lasting health and well-being.
